Is Decaying Hex not scaling from Chaos Dmg fixed already?

I haven't played the last two leagues so I don't know, but I always wanted to make a build around it. It was broken since day 1. I would love to make a build around it and play again the next league. Thanks to anyone who can check for me, I don'T want to install and play this league now.

As far as I know, support gems still don't apply to Decaying Hex damage. Global damage bonuses like from passives tree/items always applied, but never displayed.

Thanks for the reply. I’m pretty sure I tested it back then and passive tree / items chaos dmg bonuses did not apply. Maybe something changed, so I guess I’ll have to test again.
