Character Deals No Damage – Even Default Attack

Hi everyone,
I came back to PoE after a long break, but my character is not dealing any damage at all. I tested in low-level areas and it’s still 0 damage. Even my default attack doesn’t hit. “The problem is that I can’t use the Dawnstrider Boots.” Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
