Hiveblood not updating

Hi! Ran into this issue both on my Steam deck in GeForce Now, and on my computer (Mac version). Basically, sometimes when I go into the Monastery to use up my Hiveblood, it doesn't update. I'll go in with 43k, for example, use a bunch of wombgifts, and it still says 43k. It does stop me when I'm out, but I have to leave and come back to see the actual value.
