Possible Item Duplication Bug – Captured Soul of Hybrid Widow Appeared Twice

Hello GGG Team,

I may have encountered a critical bug that allows item duplication.

While collecting gods for the Pantheon, I always gathered two first and then turned them in to Sin. After doing this several times, I captured another god which suddenly appeared twice in my inventory.

The item in my inventory is called: Captured Soul of Hybrid Widow.

I am going to sleep now and will leave the item in my inventory. Perhaps the item ID or related logs can help identify the issue.

Had the same happen to on Arachnid Tome. Now my hybrid widow pantheon is showing red and it says to do it again to recapture but there is no symbol on the map. I don't know if its a visual bug or if its broken.

Turned it in. Now its red.

Same here with "Fire and Fury".
I think I killed boss in Mirage and than in his Arena. Got multiple captured souls bottles (which can not be traded or modified), So I went to Sin, now skill is in red.

Worst thing is, I had to google which map has that boss, because it dissapears from Atlas.

And now I have extra bottle of "Blacksmith". No idea what to do with it.

So GGG can you do at least one of these:
1) un-red my "Fire and Fury" pantheon skill
2) give us some compensation, (like: map & soul bottle, stack of chaos orbs, divine orb...)
3) make those duplicate bottles act like empty, so we can fill them with what we need.

Same, Boss also in Mirage, with Maven witness(don`t know if it matters), got 2 bottles.

This is a feature not a bug. The quirk comes from having a duplicated boss in Mirage, which gives you the 2nd vessel.

The functionality behind using another vessel was added in 3.24:

When upgrading a Pantheon Power with a Divine Vessel, the upgrade will now be applied for all of your characters in that League. Using a Divine Vessel when you already have the relevant Pantheon Power from a Map unlocked will toggle the upgrade for your character.

You can just mouse over the pantheon power and it says the name of the boss associated with the power, wrapping it in quotations ie. "fragment of winter". Then go to your atlas and search for the boss's name. The correct map will blink.
