Door Bugged in the Excavation Site

When the first herald died, it bugged the animation of him getting attacked and the door wont open so I cannot progress the game.

I’m stuck here as well. I killed boss and door won’t open to go along the path that the blocks raise as you go. I went to last check point. Nothing. Went to chat screen and re entered… nothing…. Exit and renter game still nothing
