Atlas map bug?

Can any one confirm if this is a bug or if I’m just doing something wrong? But as you can see I have fully completed two maps but the two then feed from them haven’t turned blue so I can move over. Wont let me upload image so had to upload to below link.

This is a bug. The map shows that it has 5 connections to it, but the max is only 4. One of the drawn dotted lines doesn't really exist.
